Less body roll on vehicles, sports cars should have very little body roll and big trucks and ambulances should have more. bring planes back, make a place on the map like mountains or somthing where it snows but everywhere else is summer time. When a vehicle is driving on the rims the rims should start to fall apart or somthing. Better places to park cars instead of the street. Vehicle throtle response should be more touchy. Radio station that plays all 80's rock. Have more to do in safe houses like parties ect. A map thats not all city, farm fields and moutains. Be able to go inside the airport terminal and fly to different cities i dont care if it takes a while to load. Some vehicles with an option to manualy shift. Snomobiles. :)

**could you make a gta mmo? Multiple cities, at first in the states but eventually cities from around the world. You could completely customize your character, and depending on what race/ethnicity you chose you can only join certain gangs. The race/ethnicity would also limit starting cities. Real time combat, and leveling up is more about npos you can run as a gang, weapon choices and money made. There are a lot of things to work out, but you wouldn't have "casters" and "healers" at least not in the traditional mmo experience. Buying clubs being a pimp, a drug runner, a human trafficer, a narc or even a cop, an assainan/hitman, bank robber, and even a terrorest are all possible jobs for the player. * Make the game more realistic, when you can't carry lots of guns and then picking it up out of nowhere, like Niko picks RPG from his pants or something. And I hope new game will take its place in Vice City, and I hope R* bring back charismatic and succesful main hero, like Tommy was. And it would be great if they add a new cars which look like Lambo Miura and Corvette Stingray C3, anyway, please, add more supercars, and a hero who will look normaly in them, not like Niko riding Infernus, he doesn't look like he got half a million in a pockets and he actually bought that Infernus. And by the way it would be great if the main hero can buy cars, not only luxury rides in luxury shops, and more cheaper but stolen, able in some Vice City auto workshop. And geez, I'm sick and tired of LCPD, when you riding police cruiser during Most Wanted missions, and some guy in shitty Delitante drive-by shooting you, and cops like blind, like that's OK, move along, and if you starting to shooting at that bad guy, when you starting to protect yourself, cops will hunt you down, bring the chopper to the party, call for army, NOOSE, kill you and never stop shooting at your dead and cold body. This is really pathetic, cops in Liberty City are really crooked. And they don't give a shit to hit and run you. And if you drive like drunked when you sober, they actually don't give a shit too. Thats all, R* wanted more realism , here you go. Though Red Dead Redemption is great, is brilliant so keep it going, and you'll make it. Should first be set in The State of Alderney, But off course Alderney is A LOT bigger and the next part of the map you unlock should be Liberty City and Long Island but renamed, so you finally can see The Carraways. And the last part should be the remaning parts of The State of Liberty.
 
And it should be several Rock stations, one with classic rock like Touch too Much with AC/DC or Holy Diver with Dio (R.I.P). The next should contain songs like The God that failed with Metallica or Facing Hell with Ozzy Osbourne. The last should be more modern Metal, Like Undead with Hollywood Undead Die MF Die with Dope.
 
And i think the more "realistic" engine R* used in IV should remain, with cheats that can make the game more unrealistic (Like the flying cars or the spawned UFO from SR2.
 
KEEP THE DRIVING ENGINE! I couldn't handle the cars in the GTA III era but in IV the driving is great! But make better suspensions on the SUV:s the Patriot tips over all the time.
 
And for heavens sake make the NPC:s stop changing files on motroways, i was driving my (Unique) Infernus and Motherf*cking Garbage truck rammed me and i was pushed off the bridge into the water! And make them stop try to drive around you when you stop for red light! (Don't make them run into your back either)
 
And the last thing make roads on the countryside loooooooooong. it should take at least 15-20 minutes to go on a straight road from the carraways to Liberty City! And make HUGE forests.

Even that the Super Drop Diamond is Yusuf's car R* should bring it back with different colors like the body of the car is yellow with a tan hood, it should be a dark blue body with a light blue hood. Make it so that EVERYTHING (buildings, trees, roads, ect.) are destructable, make it so that all buildings are enterable, you can level up in free mode, everything available in story/offline is available online, planes, able to get a job, more to do after story is completed, EXTREMELY long story, original weapons available in expansion packs, more people you can be friends with, you can date ANYONE, be able to go to any city fdrom all of the other grand theft auto games with some new cities, able to make gangs online, able to hire hit men online, able to have money online, able to buy cars, more space to park vehicles, upgradeable houses/properties (docks, helipads, parking garages, ect.), seasons, more environments, characters from the past making a new appearance, cheats to get anything in the game (weapons, cars, ect.), every vehicle has certain spawn spot alone to being driven on the road, able to create new buildings, more vehicals, children and animals, civilans have firearms, skylifts with working magnets, hmm... what else? Clothing is really dull and boring in gta4 and it's DLCs. Optionally a split screen offline multiplayer and more trophies/achievments for multiplayer. And, at least for free mode, being able to play as ingame NPCs or the protagonist ( I mean anyone ingame, for example in gta 4, playing as niko or roman or dimitri or a cop or a random ped in game ). And being able to play bowling,pool, etc. and going to strip club with your multiplayer friends, just like ingame friends of the protagonist. And for god's sake, don't make only specific vehicles spawn in multiplayer, and don't make them spawn in waves. Make cars spawn just like in single player, where it's much more realistic, like luxury cars spawning in luxury areas of the city and all kinds of vehicles can be found throughout the city. Optionally you can make all kinds of vehicles spawn all around the city randomly, like a [[Double T Custom]] spawning at airport or a [[Super Drop Diamond]] spawning at [[Acter Industrial Park]]. Also R* should try being more creative and add different game modes. Also R* should let the players create clans and join them. Joining a clan is possible in gta4 but people have to create other accounts and start multiplayer all over again. Also R* should let the clans fight and rank them overally, just like ranking the players in gta4. They could even make a clan championship ( optionally a league ) every month and have clans fight against each other, and at the end we could have a champion clan. The champion clan could receive ingame prizes, such as a unique multiplayer outfit, or a special vehicle spawning in front of player's safehouse in single player. i want there to be animals ,bring back the military and jets but have them outside the city limits. like the mountains, or desert.the fbi should have there own headquaters and more vehicles, make sure that when you do a crime and are trying to hide, have the police set a perimeter up just so they can find you. if yo shoot some on make it more realistic, like blood lots of it, see the wound, and even hole in the body parts thats been struck with the fire arm, or where you been stabbed.if you killed some just dont make the body desapir , put white sheets over the body and when the medical examiner show up have them put the victim,or victims in a body bag then take them to the mourge. crime scene tapes, with police or sheriff, who ever show up first should be at the scene. also have detectives who investigate crime scene and build cases, take picture of the crime, scene interview witness, and try and get information untill a tip comes up so you can actuallybuild your case , go to court and have your suspect charged with the crime they have committed.Rather then car buglaries, rob more coviniete stores, and what ever buisnesses you feel like robbing,make sure the gangs committ real violent crimes so they can get noticed, like drive bye in the enemy turf, crackin bottles over your enemy at the club, stabbing and shootin, stealing drugs, pimping. if you walk in alleys you can see the homeles shootin up and using drugs, prostitutes doing stuff to the jons, and as an officer you can flash your flash light and catch em in the act, ask for there name run em and if there clean let them go, if not take them to jail and actually walk them inside the jail to get booked, inside the police station or county jail.Make sure there is a gang unit always on patrol to help with the violent problems, you can do warrant searches etc, if you are at the airport you can get to fly and make it realistic you can go to miami, vegas , or somewhere new in europe resembling, france,germany and, london.

The story should be longer maybe 100 mission instead of just 50 so it doesnt get boring after you beat the game there should be more side missions. The Ability to rob a bank at anytime not just in a mission. And to buy cars from shops and more clothing, And there should be more than 1 main character no offence but I found that GTA 4 wasnt as good as GTA san andreas It just feels more Gangster with a black guy doing business (im not racist im black myself) but there should also be the ability to Kidnap people and hold them for ransom .
