Liberty City Terrorist: Difference between revisions

The '''Liberty City Terrorist''' was a gang that was dropped during the develepment of [[Grand Theft Auto III]]. While it remains uncertain why they were removed, it is widely believed that it was due to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. They were likely led by [[Darkel]] and one of the members were possibly [[Curtly]], two other deleted characters. Their motive was to bring down the economy in [[Liberty City in GTA III Era|Liberty City]]. Their missions mainly involved terrorist activities, such as setting pedestrians on fire, blowing up an [[Mr. Whoopee|ice cream van]], [[Liberty City High School]], and the [[Love Media]] building - with [[Donald Love]] in it. The dropped gang was later mentioned in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]] by both [[Roman Bellic]] and [[United Liberty Paper]] as they were causing a threat to Liberty City.
