Richman is an affluent residential district located in western Los Santos, west of Mulholland.

Richman is based off of Bel-Air, Los Angeles as well as Sunset Boulevard. Like its real-life counterpart, Richman features many large, up-scale mansions. It is possible to enter some of these houses by activating the 'burglary' missions from the black Boxville.
