I really don't know what to think on this one. The city in the background looks a lot like San Francisco, but, if you look closely you can see that the bridge isn't large enough to be the golden gate bridge, and it is the same bridge featured in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in Los Santos, (next to Grove Street). :I'm pretty sure Rockstar announced shortly after the release of the trailer, that San Fierro and Las Venturas would ''not'' be in GTA V.
