I find myself wondering what kind of effect on gameplay, if any, Michael being married with kids will have. Will you still be able to solicit prostitutes playing as him? Will there be a mechanic similar to GTA IV where you can do things with his wife and kids (either individually or collectively) to improve his relationship with them? This could be a very new and interesting dimension for GTA.
