[[User:Chris]] is the third admin (bureaucrat actually), although he is only an admin for support means. He is not an admin on this site that helps other members etc, he only assists whilst we upgrade or otherwise need some help. It is Chris who owns the server that GTW is hosted on, so he has access anyway. I'll mention that on the [[Administrators]] page.
