Broken/Police Stinger

Hi I'm having trouble finding the Police stinger I go to the East Holland police station in TBOGT but it never seems to be in the parking lot could somebody please post a picture of one if they could, so i know what it looks like. If you have any answers for me on how and when to find it let me know Thanks alot.
