Retail Therapy is a trophy/achievement in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is not story related, and can therefor be missed.
Acquisition
You acquire this trophy when Little Jacob likes you at least 75%. Jacob will call you and tell you that he can sell you guns wherever you are. He also offers a 60% discount on all items.
