On gta 3 there was a guy named Darkel. The gta 3 makers took him out cuase the twin towers (9/11)bow up by a terroist attack. Darkel was a crazy bomber that blows people up.So They deasided to take Darkel out but,if you go behinde 8 ball on the 1st. island you can see the blowed up buses he destroyed.
