After a noticeable absence in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]] and [[Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars]], the Cheetah was reintroduced in GTA V with a completely redesigned and modernized appearance. It mostly resembles the one-off [[wp:Ferrari P4/5 by Pininfarina|Ferrari P4/5]], with elements of the [[wp:Enzo Ferrari (automobile)|Enzo Ferrari]] and bits of the [[wp:Koenigsegg CCX|Koenigsegg CCX]]/[[wp:Koenigsegg Agera|Agera]]. Though it looks very new in design, [[Legendary Motorsport]] claims it is "a prototype sports car manufactured by [[Grotti]] in the early 1970s", possibly a reference to the [[wp:Ferrari 512|Ferrari 512]] and [[wp:Ferrari P|Ferrari P]] race cars of that era.
