The University of San Andreas, Los Santos or ULSA is a university located in Richman, Los Santos, Southern San Andreas that was established in 1919. It is based on the real life University of California, Los Angeles.
Description
The University is first mentioned on the radio in The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony on the show Conspire airing on WKTT Radio. The host John Smith claims that after the Second World War, Nazi scientists who were developing population control techniques that they learned from the British using crop dusters, ended up at the University of San Andreas, Los Santos, where people are both "frugal and brain dead".
The University can be seen in person in Grand Theft Auto V, it is located in Richman, Los Santos.
