***Full character customization (bring back tattoo parlors, Binco, ProLaps, Sub Urban (replace with 16:20), Zip and Victim [DS is replaced by Perseus], barber shops)

***Restaurants: Burger Shot, Cluckin Bell, Well Stacked Pizza, Rusty Brown's Ring Donuts. Softdrinks: Sprunk, Ecola, Funcola and Cocofizz (GTA 2).

***Mod garages (street racer, low-rider, motorcycle, general). Nuff said.

***CJ is a contact (he's the only survivor of the III Era). You help out the Families in some missions, and they act more like the GTAIV gangs.

***Returning radio station: KGBH from GTA 2 (my favorite!).

***Arcade minigames inside accessible bars and 24-7s.

***Functional car crusher in Angel Pine Junkyard.

***Purchasable new cellphone models.

***Street races using Hotring, Kart, Sandking, BF Injection and a Blood Bowl.

***Trucks can once again pull trailers: new trailers include car carrier (functional) and a lumber trailer. Towtruck can tow, Forklift can lift, you can use the Cargobob to transport cars..

***More myths and legends, of course.

*have it set in real life if you know what i mean>the streets exacly like in real life [[User:Glitchworld12|Glitchworld12]] You should be able to blow up houses, do drugs and get addicted so it burns a whole in your pocket, get drunk. if somebody shoots you, you should see the whole in there close and see the bullet wounds. when you have a house you should be able to hide money and hide weapons and hide drugs in it. you should be able to be a drug dealer.you should be able to create your own home weapons and be able to use them. for example make a moltive cocktail,knives,bombs etc... when  you blow up a building you shouyld see the damage and th police come over there to see what happened and investigate and there should be construction workers working on it. The map should be as big as sanandreas and 4 combine with the new map.they should make it more like a world with many countries. You should be able to go in all houses and stores and rob them and you should also be able to hold hostages and negotiate with the cops.you should be able to prone crawl climb stuff. you should be able to put money in banks and use credit cards take out loans and go into debt. when you go to jail you should be able to stay there and plan a break out.you should be able to buy stuff fromstores go greocery shoppingcarry around a bag to put your stuff in.you should be able to buy cars and have the keys to them. you should be able to store stuff in your cars. your hair should grow and you should be able to cut it. At the begining of the game you should be able to control what your person looks like and how tall they are.you should be able to go out with random people in the game you can ask them out buy presents for them.make friends.you should be able to communicate with them through your headset and make arrangments talk to new people and yll stuff out. when yo drive a car you should be able to roll down your car window and turn on your turning signal when you make a turn. you should learn how to fight. they should have other activities also like join the NBA the army the police work at a store play football NFL hockey NHL soccer and other sports. You should also be able to buy/sell firewoks and other stuff buy lighters and set offf the fireworks. buy new phones.
