:::I completed the mission twice earlier, once with Cam dying, and once with him surviving, and I got $50,000 both times. Apparently my memory must be playing tricks on me. I guess the 'more for us' dialogue when he dies must have thrown me. Still, it doesn't explain why some sites and walkthroughs list the reward as $30,000, but I don't have any way of explaining that.
