Rocco Pelosi
Rocco Pelosi (b. ?) is a member of the Ancelotti crime family, in Liberty City. Rocco is often seen with an older gangster, named Vince.
During the course of the game, it is revealed that Tony Prince is in debt to Rocco (or possibly a higher figure), which results in Luis Lopez and Tony doing criminal favours, for Rocco, to lessen the debt. Instead, Rocco allows only a little to be erased and continues to pressure Tony. This drives Tony to purchase smuggled diamonds, in the hopes of paying off the Ancelottis, but instead only attracts unwanted attention from other criminals, which leads to Gracie Ancelotti's kidnapping. A Giovanni Ancelotti blames Rocco for coming down too hard on Tony, and he is further angered when powerful Russian mobster Ray Bulgarin claims the diamonds are rightfully his and that he plans to eliminate whoever was involved in the circumstances leading to their purchase. A desperate Rocco contacts Luis and asks him to kill Tony, as presenting Ancelotti with a body would appease everyone and would give Luis control of the clubs. Luis ultimately sides with Tony and kills Vince, who was with Rocco during the supposed execution of Tony. Rocco is spared because he is a made man.
