M.O.B. is a gang that hangs around the Firefly Projects in Broker, Liberty City and possibly Acter, Alderney. The acronym stands for either Money Over Bitches or Money Over Bullshit and the gang is most likely based off of the New York based S.M.M. (Sex Money Murder) Bloods. M.O.B. can be found in large numbers in the Firefly Projects around the parks and basketball courts. They can also be found in Acter, and they may be associated with the North Holland Hustlers as well; the gangs found in Firefly Projects, North Holland, and Acter are in fact indistinguishable other than the fact that the LCPD database labels the Holland crew run by Dwayne Forge and Playboy X as the North Holland Hustlers. It is unknown if Forge or X have any control over the Firefly and Acter based M.O.B. Regardless of neighborhood these gangsters are all often heard saying "Is the B for Bitches or Bullsh*t?" (in reference to the B in M.O.B) in addition to talking about Holland.
They can be identified easily as they often wear silver/platinum chain with $ or a money note, again in reference with their name and also silver/platinum/ice watches which most of them seem to have. They dress in "Hip Hop" style clothing with baggy bottoms/jeans and hooded tops with Timberland boots. You can see some members wearing orange/ice blue hoodys or jogging bottoms and black/white t shirts with gold chains and also flat caps sometimes they'll be wearing long winter jackets with furry hoods. Some members were the puffy coats and white and red tracksuit bottoms. There's also the big fat baldy type that wear coats with white collar and cuffs with leather gloves. They sometimes wear black or white & gold bandannas too. Also they walk with a kind of “swagger” dropping their shoulder a lot.
Money Over Bitches or M.O.B is a gang that is based in the Firefly Projects in Broker. The gang only appears in GTA IV. In an early mission in GTA IV, Niko Bellic is seen picking up a friend of Roman Bellic, Jermaine Andrew, who is said to be an associate of M.O.B. They are thought to be a play-on on the Real-Life Gang, Sex Money Murder. They are often seen driving Patriots in their Turf in Firefly. They may be rivals to the North Holland Hustlers.
