Billy Grey is the President of The Lost Motorcycle Club. The LCPD database states that he was responsible for some of the worst violence between The Lost and their rivals, The Angels of Death. As of the events of Grand Theft Auto IV he is incarcerated on a drug related felony, allowing Johnny Klebitz to take over as the acting leader of The Lost. In the beginning of The Lost and Damned, the cutscene shows The Brotherhood picking Billy up at a rehab clinic. Throughout the game, Billy shows signs of getting greedy with power and possibly going morally insane. He is arrested for a gang war in Chinatown. While in the state pen in Alderney, Billy makes a deal with the FIB to testify against the Brotherhood. Johnny and the remaining gang must break into the Penitentiary guns blazing and assassinate Billy before he is taken away into the Witness Protection Agency.
