- There is a reference to the boatyard in a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. During this mission The Truth goes to with Carl Johnson to find Dwaine and Jethro, who owned the boatyard before Tommy Vercetti bought it. The truth says that "They used to work on marine engines before the mob (The Vercetti Gang) bought their business back in Vice".
