It is inaccessible, however but it can still be entered with the use of Modifications and Trainers. The café's signage includes two Liberian flags, implying that it serves Liberian cuisine or is oriented around the Liberian community. Police Bribe can be found west of the café and is located east on what used to be the Cholo Warehouse. The café is located a short walk away from the Kaufman Cabs depot and Auntie Poulet's Shack. The café replaces Le Singe d'Arbre in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
