Cheetah
The Cheetah closely resembles a Ferrari Testarossa, this is more evident in Vice City and San Andreas. The Cheetah first appeared in all GTA games since Grand Theft Auto III.

VCPD Cheetah
The VCPD Cheetah is an undercover Cheetah owned by the Vice City Police Department (VCPD) in GTA Vice City. It is used by two undercover agents who come after you upon attaining a 3 star wanted level in GTA Vice City. It is exactly the same as a regular Cheetah, albeit with the addition of a flashing light and siren.
The two undercover agents that come after you parody Crockett and Tubbs from 80's drama Miami Vice, which Vice City itself also takes a lot of inspiration from.
