Fisher's Lagoon is a body of water situated near Palomino Creek, Red County. The shore has a cabin and a pier with an old abandoned wheelchair at the end. Many of the myths of GTA San Andreas revolve around this wheelchair. The player may also start one of the Beat the Cock triathlons on the beach. Dolphins and turtles can be seen swimming around in the lagoon, and an oyster can be found by the pier. The old shack on the shore may glow red at night from an unseen light source. Leatherface, the Loch Ness Monster, and other myths are said to be located here.

The second Beat the Cock! triathlon starts from here, accessible after completion of Yay Ka-Boom-Boom.
