Flash FM is a Vice City radio station that appears in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. It has a younger Toni and the music appears more modern in the 1980s setting of the game. The music is considered to be medium-rock, not light rock like Rod Stewart and not hard rock like Judas Priest. Toni would latter appear 15 years older on Flashback FM in Liberty City during the year 2001.
