Grotti
Grotti is a car manufacturer based on the real-life Italian automotive company Ferrari. The company has dealerships in Rodeo, Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and in Algonquin, Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. In GTA IV, the company manufactures the Turismo, and has a dealership located at the intersection of Pyrite Street and Bismarck Avenue, a few blocks south of the Middle Park East safehouse. Stealing a car on the top floor of the dealership will give the player two wanted stars; due to a glitch, this will reduce any wanted level greater than two.
'Grotti' in Italian means "coves", or sea inlets, but is presumably a play on the English word 'grotty', meaning 'seedy'. Grotti's logo caricatures Ferrari's; in GTA San Andreas, the galloping horse is replaced with a rabbit/hare and, in GTA IV, instead of a galloping horse, the logo depicts a horse sitting down.
