The HPV-1000 is a Police bike available on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is very fast and agile because it can weave through cars, although the player can fall off easily unless bike skill is at full. Unless the Rhino or Hunter is available, this bike is a good choice for completing for Vigilante mission - mainly because you can fire a submachine gun forward from the front of the bike, which will take out the opponent easily.
