Horse is the nickname of a former member of The Lost Brotherhood. He is mentioned in the mission This Shit's Cursed as a member who turned states against The Lost, but before he can testify, he dies. Interestingly, this is also the name of one of the "Brothers" from Broker, who is killed in Diamonds in the Rough.
