I luv LC is the opening mission for Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony. It opens during a bank heist with a first-person perspective of Eugene Reaper talking to the protagonist, Luis. Reaper then jumps up and kills a robber resulting in his death at the hands of another robber. A short time later, Luis is outside the bank being questioned by the LCPD, An unnamed officer tells him to call him if he remembers anything. He then walks to his bosse's apartment, and is almost hit by a Niko Bellic
