I luv LC is the opening mission for Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony. It opens during a bank heist with a first-person perspective of Eugene Reaper talking to the protagonist, Luis. Reaper then jumps up and kills a robber resulting in his death at the hands of another robber. A short time later, Luis is outside the bank being questioned by the [[LCPD] thewn an unnamed officer tells him to call him if he remembers anything. He then walks to his boss's apartment, and is almost hit by a Niko Bellic.
