Jimmy Matthews is a character in The Lost and Damned and a crooked LCPD police officer. He and partner Ed McCornish attempt to blackmail Johnny Klebitz and Jim Fitzgerald, of The Lost Brotherhood, after witnessing them stealing some motorcycles from The Angels of Death.
