Juan Aller (born February 25, 1969 in Jamaica, Queens, New York) is an American voice actor who voiced a radio caller in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and the Rise FM imaging voice in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He also voiced a Mexican Army Officer in Red Dead Redemption.
