Marco Forelli was a character that was supposed to be the mobster that Carl Johnson kills for Salvatore Leone in Saint Mark's Bistro.While not technicaly a deleted character,that was originaly going to be the mobsters name but due to deleted audio in the mission the character is still refred to as the unnamed Forelli member.There was rumors by fans that the mobster was Giorgio Forelli,but to date this is still unproven.
