Premier
Overview
The Premier is a new car that can be used in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is a 4 door sedan available throughout San Andreas, and is the civilian version of the Taxi and the Police Car, and a cousin of the bulkier Elegant.
Design
The Premier seems to be a cross between an early 90's Chevrolet Caprice and Ford Crown Victoria, with the front end resembling the former, and the rear resembling the latter. This hybrid seems to be in response to these cars being considered as the prototypical, traditional full-size American sedans, both of which being commonly used as police vehicles, with the Crown Victoria replacing the Caprice after its disappearance from the American market after 1996.
Performance
Acceleration, speed, and handling are all quite impressive, while the sturdiness and bulk of the chassis render the Premier capable of withstanding heavy damage, making this front-engine, rear-drive beast simply one of the best passenger vehicles in the game.

Trivia
- The Premier serves as the Police Car in Los Santos and San Fierro, while in Las Venturas, the police car resembles a 1986-1990 Chevrolet Caprice, with a more boxy, angular design.
