Description

In general, the building consists of a single towering structure complete with a base which rooftop, accessible via a flight of stairs, provides access to a secondary entrance several stories high behind the building.

In GTA Vice City, the building is significantly distinctive as the back entrance leads to office interiors that can be entered by foot or by a vehicle. Consisting of a lower level and an upper level, the interior spaces are sufficiently wide that small vehicles may have room to roam around. However, the upper level is only accessible via an elevator that will only be unlocked during and after completion of "G-Spotlight"; in addition, the elevator only permits the player to access the upper level if they are on foot or on a motorbike. In "G-Spotlight", the building is used as a starting point for the player's death-defying roof-hopping around Downtown using a PCJ-600 motorbike; the player will be required to use the building's upper level to gain speed to fly out of its window and land in a neighboring skyscraper. Neither the upper level nor the rooftop of the tower can be accessed as they are above the maximum height that any aircraft can reach.

The building in GTA Vice City Stories remains largely unchanged saved several noticeable changes. It no longer features any accessible interior, but receives nighttime neon lighting concentrated on the rooftop of the building, which consists of simple blue beams on the crown and a pair of dotted "ROCKSTAR" text on the eastern and western sides of the building, a nod to the developers of GTA Vice City and GTA Vice City Stories: Rockstar North and Rockstar Leeds. The lighting are no visible in the day at all.

Pickups

The building serves as an effective hidden spot for collectibles in GTA Vice City and GTA Vice City Stories:
