Mayor Roger C. Hole (? - 1998) is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, and appears in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He plays a minor role during the game. R.C. Hole, if pronounced correctly, is a reference to the word "arsehole"
