Brief
Cortez has a buyer who is interested in a piece of "military hardware" (normally refered to as a tank) which is being taken with a military convoy to Fort Baxter. Cortez wants you to steal the tank and drive it to a lock-up in Little Haiti.

The Mission
You will have to get a fast car and drive to Downtown, when you make it there you will see the convoy come by, there are two ways to steal the tank:

1: Crash The Convoy - The first way is to destroy the caravan, get a rocket launcher and blast down the Barracks OL at the back of the convoy, then load up another rocket and destroy the other Barracks OL that comes after you, also, destroy the two Patriots. You'll be out of rockets now, pull out an assault rifle like an M4 Carbine and kill the soldiers, by now you should have three wanted stars, go to the tank and shoot driver up front, then get on the tank.

2: Doughnut Stop - Foloow the caravan and when they reach the corner of the Little Havana police station the commander will send the tank driver to get some doughnuts at the corner stor, here the tank will be left empty and you can just run to it and get on, you will get three wanted stars.

A self-destruct will now trigger and a bar will appear on the side of the screen, if the bar fills up, then the tank blows up and the mission is failed, so quickly drive the Rhino tank to the lock up and mission complete.

Mission

Colonel Cortez, after calling Tommy back to his ship, tells him that he has a certain buyer who wants a piece of "military hardware", which is currently being taken with a military convoy from the north of Little Haiti to the military garage in Viceport. Colonel Cortez wants Tommy to steal it and take it to his lock-up in Little Havana for him to collect and then sell. Tommy drives to the convoy and steals the tank. Script

Post-mission phone call script

This phone call may instead be triggered after completion of the mission Supply & Demand, depending on which mission is completed last

Kent Paul: Awright me ol'china! It's Paul. I might have a little result for you, but I need to speak to you in person. I'm enjoying a little R&R at the Club Malibu. Reckon you're gonna owe me a favor or two after this, sunshine. I'll see you later.

Reward

The reward for completing the mission is $2,000. The mission Death Row for Kent Paul is unlocked, if the mission Supply & Demand has also been completed. Also, the ability to obtain a 6-star wanted level is now unlocked.

Trivia

 • Once entering the tank, security protocol Delta India Echo is triggered. In the military phonetic alphabet Delta India Echo spells DIE. The protocol self-destructs the stolen tank after a short amount of time, killing the operator.
 • The 3-star wanted level obtained in this mission when stealing the Rhino is permanent, until the player delivers the tank to the garage. It cannot be reduced even with the use of cheats or by collecting police bribes, nor can it be increased even with the use of cheats or repeated havoc against police/civilians.
 • While fighting the military convoy, the player's wanted level will self-reset to 0.
