The Skyhook is a very large heavy-lift helicopter to be featured in Grand Theft Auto IV's The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC. It resembles a S-64 Skycrane/Aircrane.
It is seen in the debut trailer of The Ballad of Gay Tony. It is seen carrying a train car with Luis hanging behind the car. It appears in For the Man Who Has Everything, which is driven by Yusuf Amir.
