In The Lost and Damned there is only one TV available, in the The Lost MC clubhouse, which is no longer available after completion of the main storyline.
However there is a glitch that allows you to watch T.V. even after the end of the game. Take a helicopter and land on the roof of the Lost MC Clubhouse. Walk around to where the T.V. would be inside just under the roof, and a suggestion will come up on your screen to watch T.V.
