Drive to the Vice City Boatyard, there is one guy with a Ruger in the entrance, shoot him. Now, three more guys walking around will attack you, clear your way through them and get to the dock. There, kill all the assholes that come after you. When you've killed those guys, enter the main hangar.
[[Tommy Vercetti]] returns to [[Ricardo Diaz|Ricardo Diaz']] [[Vercetti Estate|mansion]], having [[Phnom Penh '86|solved his problems]] with the [[Sharks]], and meets Diaz attempting to kill the pigeons surroudning his mansion. Diaz asks Vercetti who owns the fastest boat on the east coast and, after Vercetti is unable to answer, says that he does and he wants to that to remain so. Diaz, however, tells Vercetti that every drug dealer between [[Vice City in GTA III Era|Vice City]] to Caracas, Venezuela wants the fastest boat and that a new one is at the [[Boatyard]] in [[Viceport]] that is for a [[Costa Rican Gang|Costa Rican gang]],


You will have to use a nearby switch to lower the boat into the water, the switch is guarded by three guys wielding hammers. Kill the guys and go for the switch. Now that you've released the boat into the water, about twenty new guards will come after you. Shoot them one by one before they enter the hangar and get close to you or they'll be harder to get rid off. When the coast is clear, run to the boat and hop in.
Vercetti leaves Diaz' mansion and drives to the Boatyard, fighting his way onto the premises and shooting those guarding the boat. Vercetti sees the boat and fights past more guards into a hangar where he presses the switch to lower the boat into the water. Vercetti then shoots his way through to the boat and drives it back to Diaz' mansion, avoiding the [[Wanted Level in GTA III Era|pursuing]] [[Vice City Police Department|police]] [[Predator|boats]].
 
Now that you're in the boat, you will get a three star wanted level, and you will have to drive the boat to [[Vercetti Estate|Diaz's Mansion]], but it's not that hard. Since the cops will only chase you in [[Predator]]s which are easy to avoid, by water, Diaz's Mansion is very close and, above all, you're riding Vice City's fastest boat! When you get the boat to Diaz's Mansion the mission is complete.

The Fastest Boat is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City given to protagonist Tommy Vercetti by local drug baron Ricardo Diaz from his mansion on Starfish Island, Vice City.

Mission

Tommy Vercetti returns to Ricardo Diaz' mansion, having solved his problems with the Sharks, and meets Diaz attempting to kill the pigeons surroudning his mansion. Diaz asks Vercetti who owns the fastest boat on the east coast and, after Vercetti is unable to answer, says that he does and he wants to that to remain so. Diaz, however, tells Vercetti that every drug dealer between Vice City to Caracas, Venezuela wants the fastest boat and that a new one is at the Boatyard in Viceport that is for a Costa Rican gang,
