The Monoglobe
The Monoglobe was Grand Theft Auto IV's rendition of the Unisphere sculpture in Queens' Flushing Meadows Park in New York City. In the game, it is located in the borough of Dukes in Meadows Park, just east of Savannah Avenue. It was built for the Liberty City world fair and was not taken down. This is also where the last ever scene of GTA IV is shown, where Luis Lopez meets up with Gay Tony, and Yusuf Amir
However, Huang Lee, the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, destroys the Monoglobe in the mission Double Trouble on orders from Lester Leroc. The Monoglobe spins off its stand and crashes into a nearby building, rendering the globe permanently destroyed.
