Torrington
Torrington is one of the financial districts of Staunton Island in Liberty City during the GTA III Era games, the other being Bedford Point. It houses tall buildings, including the tallest in Liberty City. Surrounding Torrington are the districts of Bedford Point, Belleville Park and Newport.
