Character history
Mila Tadic was a girl from the same village as Niko and Roman Bellic. Niko had a crush on her, and, according to Roman, she slept with Roman many times and was called the "Town Bike". This, however, may be Roman exaggerating, like he did in his emails to Niko before Niko came to the United States.
