'''East Holland Drug Crew''' is a chapter of [[Afro-American Gangsters]] on [[Liberty City in GTA IV Era|Liberty City]], based in [[East Holland]], looks more like hustlers, that just drug dealers. [[Clarence Little]] is the most successful member of a gang, having a lot of bodyguards and making money of pimping and drug dealing. One of his client was [[Francis McReary]], deputy police commissioner, and he really didn't want anybody to know about his dirty habits. Clarence started to blackmail Francis and he hired [[Niko Bellic]] to destroy whole organisation, Clarence Little personally and one of his lieutenants. The fate of gang after this is unknown.
