:{{Rebut}} Perhaps Whiz/Badger splurged on installing signal relays in the subway tunnels and the Booth Tunnel. They wouldn't need to be very strong, just enough to get the signal through a relatively unobstructed environment. They have the technology, with today's 3G networks, to use a wireless router to relay the cell network. Be glad you aren't trying to connect to a 3G network in LC, though. If it's anything like NYC, you aren't connecting to it. {{Gripe}} Why is there no menu system? I really hate the fact that when I get on GTA to play with my friends (doesn't have any DLC), I get forced to load up my TBoGT save, only to have to load up regular game save so I can load up Party Mode and invite my friends, and then when they get off I leave party mode and it makes me load up a NEW game in the original game, then make me load up the save I want to play. I hated it that I had to load up the single player game, so that I could then go to multiplayer, but now that there are two episodes plus the main game and friends trying to play multiplayer on the different episodes it is extremely annoying. For instance, today I was playing Party Mode in the core game and we decided to go back to single player so we could search at the same time to have hope at finding a match of Cops and Crooks, it sent me to a new game of TBoGT, which meant I had to load the episode, then the opening cutscene and finally the first mission, before I could load up my completed core game. WTF? | |||
