'''Eugene Reaper''' was a [[Liberty City Gun Club]] member who is seen in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]] and [[The Ballad of Gay Tony]]. In high school, he played football and, during his senior game, completed the game winning pass, breaking his leg in thirteen places in the process. According to a story on Weazel News he was a computer technician. His appearence was changed significantly in The Ballad of Gay Tony with his character model being made a lot more detailed, presumably to distinguish him from the generic businessman models on the street that he previously resembled in GTA IV.

His only appearance comes during the mission "[[Three Leaf Clover]]" when he is inside the Chinatown branch of the [[Bank of Liberty]] in [[Algonquin]] while it was held up by [[Patrick McReary|Patrick "Packie" McReary]], [[Derrick McReary]], [[Michael Keane]] and [[Niko Bellic]]. After quietly conferring with fellow hostage [[Luis Fernando Lopez]] (who thought it was a bad idea to stand up to the robbers), he comments on his experience as a football player and says that "the world is built out of bad ideas" before drawing a concealed [[pistol]] and opening fire, killing [[Michael Keane]]. Packie and Derrick immediately kill Reaper in retaliation.
