'''Jermaine Andrews''' is a character in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]]. Andrews is thirty-two years old and is from [[Broker]], [[Liberty City in GTA IV Era|Liberty City]]. He is a good friend of [[Roman Bellic|Roman Bellic's]] and is probably a member of the [[M.O.B.]] (Money Over Bitches) gang in Broker. He works for [[Pay 'n' Spray]] on [[Gibson Street]] in Broker and is, in [[2008]], under surveillance by the [[LCPD in GTA IV Era|Liberty City Police Department]]. He has been arrested on three occasions: in [[1997]] for grand theft auto, in [[1998]] for hijacking and in [[2004]] for being in possession of stolen property. He is also believed to be involved in several low priority highjackings in the South Broker area. In the mission [[Easy Fare]], [[Niko Bellic]] picks Andrews up in one of Roman's [[Roman's Taxi|taxis]].
