Well, I've completed the DLC The Ballad Of Gay Tony, and everyone who has knows that you start doing work for bulgarin towards the late-middle of the storyline, and he becomes the main antagonist towards the end. In the final mission, [[Departure Time]], you have to kill bulgarin. So now we finally know the mystery of bulgarin's death!! | |||
