:Can't argue with you about the billboard, but the "I'm Rich" thing is perfectly explicable, in that many of the TV scenes for GTA IV were filmed using SA. Another example is the commercial for the game's version of NASCAR, which just has CJ driving a Hotring Racer around one of the airports. Equally, there are shots of Los Santos for Tony McTony (his mansion is there, see his article on here, I put a picture up) in I'm Rich, and the Las Venturas Poker challenge frequently shows parts of Las Venturas as seen in SA.
