His third encounter is on a bridge. He says the bank forclosed all his purchused property, and that he lost the keys to his house in the river. He jumps despite [[Huang]]'s attempts to stop him. Huang notices something behind where Wilehelm had been standing: his keys (guess he didn't drop them). His now belongs to Huang, and it has a garage.
