	Ummmm, it says it is more susecptibe to bullets in GTA 3 series; but I specifically experimented with that in Vice City and EVERY vehicle I have tried so far caught ~~far~~ at 19 machine gun hits (the manual aim machine gun in tier 3 weapons).
