In GTA4 Dwayne said when he was growing up he wanted to be a police officer, but racism prevented him from going down that path. Maybe when Dwayne settles in San Andreas, there can be missions involving him being a cop that are completely seperate from all the other missions (For obvious reasons). He starts of as a trainee and eventually earns his badge. And there can be an on duty, off duty system where the player dresses into the police uniform and can roam the streets of Los Santos, San Fierro etc freely. | |||
