::Having a logo/name/copyright on an image does not make it copyright or not. If they ''create'' it, then it's automatically copyright to them unless they choose to let people use it. All GTA game screenshots are copyright to [[Rockstar]], since they own the game and its content. The person who took the screenshot does not have copyright. The only time anyone else could have copyright is if they made the content of it (such as a mod that they made) or if they created it (such as a drawing) or manipulated it (taking a screenshot and editing it to make it very different). Adding a logo/text onto a screenshot does not make them own the copyright, and taking off that logo/text does not change the copyright status.
