This myth is mostly considered a glitch causing a black-textured pedestrian to spawn at random places. Mods are often used to support the ghost's appearences. But theres no proof that it's actually a ghost. Of course many myth videos are recorded on the PC Version of San Andreas. Coincedence? Because the PC version can be modded. Some say on YouTube, that "The Myth is only true if it's found on pS2 or XBOX". Rather than the PC. | |||
